It's more harmonic now and the pattern adds even more interest - if this is possible at all because this ceiling is already a masterpiece. It was great to see the Saints in detail again being able to get a glimpse into the amount of work and the love for detail that's necessary. And now I'm looking forward for the Saints marching on!

Hugs
BirgitBiWuBärhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16624262663621307478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2249478764637750851.post-7430455993115385372017-04-06T19:39:39.672-04:002017-04-06T19:39:39.672-04:00Hello, Betsy - More and more details! I am so impressed with your solution for taking out some of the blue from Saint Matthew's image; the patterned tiles was a brilliant idea! This project intrigues me, and I learn something new with each post. I'm looking forward to seeing (and learning) more.
MarjorieMarjorie Baileyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12104669798186181705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2249478764637750851.post-19740032841207565162017-04-06T13:37:24.901-04:002017-04-06T13:37:24.901-04:00Betsy thank you so much for explaining about the l...Betsy thank you so much for explaining about the layering and detailing that it takes to achieve such wonderful saints. You have done such a great job of it. I also applaud you for using strong, beautiful colors. Your ceiling is a true masterpiece. I am curious, what kind of brush do you use to make the super fine detail?
Big hug
GiacGiachttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04823654482564548862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2249478764637750851.post-52439350430503055422017-04-05T04:57:59.343-04:002017-04-05T04:57:59.343-04:00Te está quedando precioso, menudo trabajo.
